Only drawback is that there is no elevate (I'm a tad too aged for every one of the techniques -- when I lived in Paris for a boy I had a chambre de bonne over the 8th flooring with stairs but which is not so challenging when you're 17). Great selling price, fridge, window, modern-day plumbin
